My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and clean, but there was a slight smell at times. Access to amenities in the sister tower of former Nassima Royal Hotel, now Voco Dubai, including good restaurants, a high-floor pool, and a full spa and gym, added to the overall appeal. The service was top-notch with courteous and friendly staff, though some areas seemed less attended to. The location was convenient within walking distance to the metro station and with lovely views of the surrounding area. Dining options were enjoyable at Voco, providing a variety of choices, but with some restrictions. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor drawbacks.
